To strengthen charity activities in the Covid-19 relief effort national campaign, Babeeni Vietnam Co., Ltd continues to dispense rice to disadvantaged local people near our factories in Hai Duong province.

On 14 August 2020, Babeeni’s leaders-Mrs Marry Le and Mr. Le Thanh Hai, as well as our office staff spent their own holiday to join rice dispensing activity that is implemented twice every week. Despite rainy weather and arising Covid-19 situation in some local areas, Babeeni’s leaders and staff are enthusiastic to support the poor in using ATM machine to get rice.  

Recently, Vietnam has nearly 583 cases of the coronavirus and 24 deaths. The sad number are still much lower than other countries but it inevitably affects the economy that caused thousands of laborers out of job and face many difficulties.   

Each person can get each 3-kg rice bag by queuing up but maintaining social distance at the ATM machine site.

Babeeni has donated hundreds of rice tons for this charity activities so far.

The rice ATM was invented by a Vietnamese businessman. Behind the machines, the rice is stored in elevated vats and funneled through plastic pipes into bags carried by individuals. When an individual presses the button on rice ATM, the machine will release the rice.

With the self-catering rice machine, Babeeni wishes to dispense free rice, dispense hope, helping the Vietnamese poor in fight to feed their families in rural areas. 

Babeeni will continue to strengthen community charity deeds especially during tough Corona stage so that our Babeeni Pride is always lighted up in human hearts. Let’s make great effort to overcome and defeat Corona together!
