Policies

Babeeni has policies to serve customers with flexibility and optimization so customers can order in the best method and satisfy their requirements on Minimum order quantity; Production and Delivery time; Price terms; Sampling; Discount; and Payment. The following are applied to all our beloved customers:

1. Minimum order, production time, and shipping time for Wholesale Order

Minimum order:

20 pieces or sets (mixed designs).

Production time:

ALL available products on the website are READY TO SHIP 

Shipping time:

- By UPS: about 5-7 working days.

- By Air: about 7-10 days (depending on the country, and airport).

- By Sea: about 30-40 days (depending on the country, and port).

2. Price term

- The price term is FOB price (Incoterm 2000)

(In short: FOB price is the price of products and does not include shipping cost)

3. How much discount will I get when placing a large order?

This policy is applied from July 28th, 2022

Yes, you will get a discount when placing a large order as follows:

 - Order of 200 - 499 pieces or sets:  5% OFF

 - Order from 500 pieces or sets:  7% OFF

4. Payment:

Notice for the customer in the USA: When you receive the shipment, you will have to pay about 7% - 10% for import tax and duties (this cost depends on Each State's policies)

5. Shipping:

BABEENI can deliver products to almost all countries all over the world. We can arrange the means of transportation up to customers’ requirements. We can ship by UPS, Air freight, or Sea freight.

6. Late Delivery

In case, your order is delivered after 3 days from the estimated delivery date without prior notice (Babeeni's fault), you will be compensated about 0.1 %/day but not more than 2% in total. In case of a force majeure event, Babeeni is unable to deliver on time, Babeeni needs to notify customers and report the new delivery date to customers. 

7. Return Policy:

When the orders are delivered to your address, please kindly check all of the items as soon as possible. Any product with a quality defect can be returned within 2 weeks of receiving your original order. You need to contact us for proof of purchase (e,g: sending pictures of a faulty item). If we do not get any feedback about the defective items within 2 weeks, all items are presumed to be perfect.

For all defective items, we will apply solutions such as the below:

Discount:

- For all minor defects, we will offer a discount but will be less than 20%

- For all major defects, we offer two solutions, either replacing or refunding.

Replace:

- After receiving the returned products, we will double-check, re-make the products, and ship them back to you as quickly as possible.

- Replacements will be shipped to you at no cost to products and shipping costs.

Refund:

- Once we receive the item, we will process your credit immediately. Depending on your bank's processing time, it may take a few days to reflect on your account.

- Please kindly note that you will receive your refund in the original form of payment. The original shipping charges are non-refundable

*Note: All returns will be valid up to 3 months from the issue date.

8. Confirm receiving order shipments

You have to confirm receiving order shipments by email within 10 days from the date of delivery shipment. After 10 days without any confirmation email or notice, we will assume that the shipments have already been delivered to you fully. We are no longer responsible for the shipments. 

9. Guarantee Policy 

In the case that customers receive our products and find out about some defects related to the products or carton/packaging, kindly take photos and videos of the status and send them to us as proof. Accordingly, we will check and feedback soon. Particularly that: 

  - Unexpected carton boxes: Within 3 days of receiving the goods, customers need to check and let us know about the unexpected status of cartons in detail immediately by EMAIL. Our products are packed in high-quality carton boxes and sealed with Babeeni logo tape as standard. So, in case you find out products were packed in other boxes or under standards, please inform us of this status and also check if the number of products is enough as ordered. 

 - Damaged products: Within 2 weeks of receiving the goods, customers need to provide us with all full details about products’ defects (for example, materials, fabrics, sewing line, buttons, zipper...). Accordingly, we will process to handle and correct within 1 month since customers receive the goods.   

*In the case that customers only inform us about the unexpected status of products/cartons but do not provide enough details about the related defects within 1 month since customers receive the goods, it shall be considered that products are still in perfect status. It means the case will be completed OK.

The guarantee policy is one of our After-Services policies that is applied to all of Babeeni’s products. We are always willing to make customer satisfaction and brand loyalty commitment.
